Job Description
Supervise daily housekeeping operations on assigned guest room floors and ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards. Inspect cleaned rooms, coordinate room status with Front Office and follow up on guest requests and maintenance issues. Support, train and monitor Room Attendants to ensure rooms are completed efficiently and on time.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Room Attendant in a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of room cleaning standards, inspections and housekeeping procedures is required. Must be organised, detail-oriented and able to lead and support a housekeeping team during busy operations.
