Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across our hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other dining outlets. The F&B Manager will lead and develop the service team, maintain exceptional guest service and hygiene standards, manage budgets and cost control, oversee inventory, drive revenue and profitability, and work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver outstanding dining experiences and achieve departmental financial targets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an F&B Manager or in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. Experience in restaurant and banquet operations, team management, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, revenue generation, and HACCP standards is required. Strong commercial and financial awareness, good English communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
