Job Description
Support the Executive Chef in leading all culinary operations, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction across restaurants, banquets and in-room dining. Oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise food preparation and maintain food cost control, inventory management, purchasing and waste reduction. Lead, train and develop the culinary team while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards. Assist with menu development, staff scheduling, budgeting and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of international cuisine, kitchen management, menu development, food costing, budgeting and banquet operations is essential. Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills are required, together with good English communication, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistently high culinary standards in a busy professional kitchen.
