Job Description
Mövenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya is seeking a hands-on Director of Engineering to lead the operation, maintenance, and protection of the hotel's property and assets. You will manage engineering and maintenance teams, outsourced contractors, and preventive maintenance programs across guest rooms, facilities, and equipment, while ensuring full compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards, Fire & Life Safety, HACCP, and statutory requirements. Working closely with all departments, you will drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost control, with Accor benefits including worldwide hotel discounts and international career growth.
Requirements
You need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 3–5 years of engineering experience in a 4–5 star hotel, including senior leadership. Strong knowledge of hotel engineering, facility management, budgets, and contractor management is essential, and familiarity with Accor/Mövenpick standards is an advantage. Good command of English, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of compliance, audits, and energy management are required.
