Job Description
Support the Pool Bar Manager in overseeing daily pool bar operations, ensuring consistently high standards of beverage service, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Supervise the bar and service teams, manage staff scheduling, inventory, beverage quality, cost control and upselling activities while maintaining a welcoming and relaxing poolside atmosphere. Assist with staff training, revenue optimisation and maintaining strict hygiene, safety and food and beverage service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager, Bar Supervisor or Food & Beverage Supervisor within a hotel, resort or quality bar is preferred. Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, wines, spirits, beverage service, inventory management and cost control is essential. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are required, together with commercial awareness, a professional appearance and the ability to deliver excellent guest service in a busy poolside environment.
