Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service outlets. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will help lead the Food & Beverage team, maintain brand and service standards, ensure exceptional guest experiences, monitor food and beverage costs, oversee inventory, support staff training, handle guest feedback, and work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Food & Beverage department of a hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, cost control, inventory management, guest service, and HACCP standards is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are required. Experience with hotel POS systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage. Good English communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
