Job Description
Support the Resort Bars Manager in overseeing daily operations across 7 bar outlets, ensuring consistent beverage quality, service standards and guest satisfaction. Supervise and develop the bar team while supporting inventory control, equipment maintenance, service recovery and efficient outlet operations. Maintain strict HACCP and hygiene standards while ensuring all bar areas consistently meet RIU brand standards.
Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of bar operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort. A Hospitality Management degree or diploma is preferred, together with strong beverage knowledge, leadership skills and HACCP awareness; mixology or beverage certification is an advantage. Strong Thai and English communication skills are essential, with a hands-on leadership style and experience working with multicultural teams.
