Job Description
เรากำลังมองหา ผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน (Housekeeping Manager) ที่มีประสบการณ์ เพื่อบริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของแผนกแม่บ้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านความสะอาดและการบริการของโรงแรม หน้าที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึงการดูแลห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง บริหารและพัฒนาทีมแม่บ้าน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพห้องพัก วางแผนอัตรากำลังและตารางการทำงาน ควบคุมผ้าลินิน อุปกรณ์ของใช้ สต็อก และต้นทุนของแผนก พร้อมประสานงานกับ Front Office และ Engineering เพื่อให้ห้องพักพร้อมให้บริการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Requirements
