Job Description

The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing all onsite departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and overall operational performance. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and driving team engagement across the resort. The Resort Manager also maintains a professional relationship with the condominium board and works closely with service providers to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in service delivery. A strong focus is placed on guest interaction, service quality, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field, or equivalent senior-level experience in resort operations. They should have strong knowledge of overall hotel operations, including rooms and food and beverage, along with a solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to manage teams, drive performance, and adapt to changing business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working with hotel systems and standard software, and capable of making sound decisions, building relationships, and delivering a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency
