Job Description
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel’s fitness centre and swimming pool facilities, providing friendly and attentive service to guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation, including preparing pool loungers, providing towels, monitoring equipment and keeping recreational areas organised. Assist guests with fitness equipment, provide information about facilities and monitor pool activities to ensure compliance with hotel safety regulations. Report maintenance issues and potential safety hazards promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Fitness Attendant, Pool Attendant or Recreation Attendant within a hotel, resort or fitness facility is preferred. Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, swimming pool operations, hygiene standards and guest safety procedures is an advantage. First Aid, CPR or lifesaving certification is desirable. Good English communication and guest service skills are preferred, together with physical fitness, a professional appearance, a positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.
