Job Description
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers and other beverages according to hotel recipes and service standards. Engage with guests, recommend suitable drinks and provide friendly and attentive bar service while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar. Support inventory control, opening and closing procedures, and responsible beverage service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender within a hotel, resort, restaurant or quality bar is preferred. Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beverage preparation and bar operations is required, together with good English communication and guest service skills. Must be well-groomed, service-minded, reliable and able to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
