Job Description
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel’s public areas, including the lobby, corridors, restrooms, restaurants and other guest facilities. Clean and sanitise assigned areas, replenish supplies and ensure public spaces remain tidy and welcoming throughout the day. Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly and assist with guest requests when required.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar cleaning role within a hotel or resort is preferred but not essential. Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safe use of cleaning equipment is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable, physically fit and have strong attention to detail.
