Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and consistently high guest satisfaction. Supervise and develop the service team, coordinate closely with the kitchen, handle guest requests and service recovery, and support reservations, upselling and outlet revenue performance. Assist with scheduling, training, inventory and maintaining hotel service and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar F&B leadership role within a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, team supervision and F&B standards is required. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential, with a professional and service-minded approach.
