Job Description
Supervise daily food and beverage service across the hotel’s restaurants, bars and other F&B outlets. Lead the service team during shifts, coordinate with the kitchen and handle guest requests or service issues promptly. Support upselling, opening and closing procedures and ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior F&B Attendant in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, team supervision and guest handling is required. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential.
