Job Description
Provide friendly guest service around the hotel swimming pool and recreation areas while maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Prepare sunbeds, towels and pool equipment, assist guests with recreation activities and monitor pool areas throughout the day. Report safety, maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly and support daily hotel recreation activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel pool, recreation or guest service role is preferred. Basic knowledge of pool safety and good English communication skills are an advantage. Must be service-minded, physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a busy resort environment.
