Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and service-minded F&B Attendant to deliver excellent food and beverage service across our hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and other dining outlets. The role includes welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, responding to guest requests, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and working closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Food & Beverage service, restaurants, hotels, or resorts, although motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Knowledge of restaurant service, POS systems, upselling, food safety, and hygiene standards is an advantage. Good English communication skills, a positive attitude, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
