Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – MICE to drive business growth across the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment. The role includes developing new corporate and MICE accounts, managing key client relationships, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting hotel site inspections, negotiating group business, and working closely with Events, Banquets, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximize group bookings, event revenue, and hotel market share.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Sales, Events, or Hotel Sales, preferably within a hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of the MICE market, corporate accounts, group bookings, and event sales is essential. Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills are required. Candidates should be commercially driven, target-focused, and able to develop new business opportunities. Good written and spoken English and strong organisational skills are essential.
