Job Description
We are looking for a Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The role includes managing all operational departments, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality, leading and developing department heads and team members, handling guest feedback and operational challenges, monitoring budgets and performance, and working closely with the General Manager to achieve the resort's business objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, or in a senior operational leadership role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential. Proven experience in hotel operations, guest relations, budgeting, team development, and service excellence is required. The ability to lead a high-performing team, resolve operational issues effectively, and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction is essential. Good English communication skills are required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
