Job Description
We are looking for a Bakery Chef to prepare and produce high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. The role includes planning daily production, preparing bakery items from scratch, monitoring ingredient quality, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, controlling inventory, and working closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional products for guests.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar bakery or pastry role within a hotel, resort, bakery, or restaurant. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation is essential. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent product quality are required. A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, is essential.
