Job Description
We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations on assigned guest room floors and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The role includes inspecting guest rooms, supervising Room Attendants, coordinating room status with the Front Office, reporting maintenance issues, ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained, and assisting with the training and development of housekeeping staff.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills are essential. The ability to supervise a team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required. Good communication skills and basic English proficiency are an advantage.
