Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in spa management, spa sales, or wellness operations within hospitality. Strong sales, leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in revenue generation, team management, spa treatments, and guest relationship management is preferred. The ability to achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences is required.
