Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest relations team and deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the entire guest journey. The role includes managing VIP arrivals, long-stay and repeat guests, handling guest feedback and service recovery, building strong guest relationships, and ensuring personalized service standards are consistently maintained. The successful candidate will work closely with operational departments to enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences that reflect the hotel’s luxury service standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably within a luxury or large-scale hotel environment. Proven experience managing guest service teams and handling VIP, long-stay, and repeat guests is essential. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential, while additional language skills are an advantage. The ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, remain calm under pressure, and deliver personalized guest experiences is highly desirable.
