We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef - Chinese Cuisine to support the Executive Chef in leading Chinese kitchen operations while ensuring exceptional food quality, authenticity, and consistency. The role includes overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu development, food cost control, team supervision, quality assurance, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding Chinese dining experiences and supporting overall culinary excellence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Chinese cuisine within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurant operations. Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques, kitchen management, food cost control, and food safety standards is essential. Leadership experience, creativity, and the ability to manage and develop kitchen teams are required. Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment are essential.
