Job Description
We are looking for a Bar Team Leader to manage and drive all aspects of bar operations while ensuring high-quality food and beverage service is delivered consistently and profitably in accordance with established standards. The role includes supervising bar staff, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining service and hygiene standards, managing guest interactions, and supporting the achievement of operational and financial objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and capable of preparing and serving beverages to established standards.
