Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. The role includes managing housekeeping teams, overseeing guest rooms and public areas, controlling departmental budgets and inventories, implementing quality standards, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient housekeeping operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have extensive housekeeping management experience within hospitality operations, preferably in upscale or luxury hotels. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Experience in team management, budgeting, inventory control, quality assurance, and operational planning is required. The ability to maintain high standards, develop teams, and manage multiple priorities effectively is essential.
